Carmina Valdez (Zumba, English and Spanish)
I'm Carmina, though most call me Mina, hailing originally from the vibrant streets of Mexico City. As an immigrant, resilient spirit, and cancer survivor, I've learned to cherish life's every beat and rhythm. Music and dance hold a special place in my heart as a powerful duo to release waves of happiness hormones. Since 2018, I've proudly held a certificate as a Zumba Instructor, channeling my passion for movement and rhythm into uplifting experiences for others.
Rebecca Rogers (Yoga, English)

Dr. Yuwen Cen (Traditional Chinese Medicine, Cantonese)
